Registration procedure and cost

To register for the 4th International Conference on Science Advice to Government, INGSA 2021 — Evidence in context: expanding the dialogue, taking place from August 29 to September 2, 2021 in Montréal (Québec, Canada):

  • Complete the pre-registration form
  • INGSA will process your pre-registration within 20 working days and will then send you a personalized link by email to register for the INGSA 2021 conference.

This conference is accessible and free of charge to anyone from the research community, government, political and private sectors interested in science advice to government.

Visa

Non-residents of Canada who wish to attend the 4th International Conference on Science Advice to Government, INGSA 2021 — Evidence in context: expanding the dialogue, taking place from August 29 to September 2, 2021 in Montréal (Québec, Canada) must:

  • Apply for a visitor/tourist visa or a conference visa, NOT a business visa
  • Note that it can take up to 4 months to obtain a visa!

A letter of invitation will be provided to registered delegates who request one. The letter of invitation will be sent once the registration process is complete.
