Registration procedure

To register for the 4th International Conference on Science Advice to Government, INGSA 2021 — Build Back Wiser: Knowledge, Policy and Publics in Dialogue, taking place from August 30 to September 2, 2021 in Montréal (Québec, Canada):

  • Complete the registration form
  • Afterwards, you will be sent a personalized link by email to register on the virtual platform of the INGSA 2021 conference.

This conference is accessible, virtual and free of charge to anyone from the research community, government, political and private sectors interested in science advice to government.

If you are based in Canada, you can also join us in person and be part of our studio audience to experience our panels and plenaries LIVE at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, Québec, Canada.


Effective September 1st and in keeping with government guidelines, a proof of vaccination (2 doses) against COVID-19 will be mandatory upon arrival at the Palais des congrès de Montréal directly at our health & safety checkpoint.  Without proof of vaccination, access to the premises will be denied.

For Québec residents:
A QR code containing your protection status as proof of vaccination against COVID-19 must be provided.  This proof may be presented in one of three ways:

  • Paper copy
  • PDF format on your mobile device
  • Via the VaxiCode application

Whichever option is selected, a photo ID will be required.

If you would like to join us in person, you must register and confirm the days you wish to attend before Thursday, August 26th, 2021 at 5:00 pm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the maximum capacity of the studio is 100 in-person participants per day. Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible to reserve your spot in the audience.
